Persita Tangerang coach Carlos Pena said his team is focused on honing their finishing skills during the BRI Super League break.
Quoted from the club's official website, Tuesday, Pena said his team's problems in finishing were very apparent in the 14th week of the BRI Super League match when they lost to Dewa United.
"We have strengths and weaknesses, and in the last two games I think we created enough chances to score. But we couldn't convert them," said Pena.
"Don't expect Persita to create 15 chances in every match. I think in the last two matches we had chances to score. But unfortunately, due to accuracy issues, we couldn't do that," he continued.
The 2025/2026 BRI Super League competition is currently on hiatus due to the suspension of the competition during the 2025 SEA Games.
