President Prabowo Subianto received a report from his ministers regarding the development of the Indonesian Hajj pilgrim village in the holy city of Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya, when contacted in Jakarta, Wednesday, explained that the report on the development of the Hajj village was delivered by the ministers during a limited meeting at President Prabowo's private residence in Bukit Hambalang, Bogor Regency, West Java (23/12).
The meeting was attended by ministers including Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, Minister of Investment and Downstream Development/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and CEO of Danantara; Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi; Sugiono, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Bahlil Lahadalia; and Teddy Indra Wijaya, Cabinet Secretary. Also present at Hambalang was Deputy Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), General Tandyo Budi Revita.
"President Prabowo Subianto received a number of ministers in a meeting at the Hambalang residence in Bogor on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. During the meeting, a number of strategic agendas were discussed, including developments related to the construction of the Hajj Village, which has been agreed upon by the Saudi Arabian government," Cabinet Secretary Teddy explained the meeting's contents.
"For the first time in history, Indonesian Hajj pilgrims will have their own place to stay during their Hajj pilgrimage," said Teddy.
