Telkomsel won the Outstanding Catalyst Award in the AI & Automation category at the TM Forum Open Innovation Catalyst Awards held at the Innovate Asia 2025 conference in Bangkok, Thailand, November 18, 2025.
The award was given for the development of the AI Marketing Brain project, an artificial intelligence-based solution that supports real-time marketing decision-making in the telecommunications industry. Telkomsel developed the project in collaboration with several global technology partners within the TM Forum open innovation collaboration framework.
By integrating big customer, network, and billing system data into AI models, AI Marketing Brain enables predictive analysis of customer behavior and precise personalized offers. Implementing this technology has been shown to increase new 5G customer conversions by up to 28 percent, while reducing operational costs by around 35 percent.
