The dismissal was stated in the Decree of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia KEP-IV-1734/C/12/2025 dated November 24, 2025, signed by the Deputy Attorney General for Development, Hendro Dewanto.
Head of the Attorney General's Office's Legal Information Center, Anang Supriatna, said in Jakarta on Friday that the dismissal was part of the organizational refreshment within the Adhyaksa institution
"In the context of organizational mutation and refreshment and filling vacant positions in the context of service and law enforcement that require speed," he said.
In addition, he continued, this rotation and transfer are part of the performance evaluation regarding whether or not the Indonesian Attorney General's Office officials are working optimally.
North Hulu Sungai District Attorney Albertinus Parlinggoman Napitupulu was removed and replaced by Budi Triono, who previously served as Coordinator at the Riau Islands High Prosecutor's Office.
