The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confirmed that it will investigate the reason why the Tolitoli Regency Government (Pemkab) car, Central Sulawesi (Sulteng), was able to be controlled by the Head of the Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU) Regency Prosecutor's Office, South Kalimantan, Albertinus Parlinggoman Napitupulu (APN), who has been deactivated by the Attorney General's Office.
"Of course, based on this finding, investigators will investigate why the car is still in the possession of the North Hulu Sungai District Attorney," said KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to journalists in Jakarta, Wednesday.
Based on the information gathered, Albertinus served as the Tolitoli District Attorney before serving at the Hulu Sungai Utara District Attorney's Office.
