An official at the center revealed to TASS that the Russian armed forces have begun using upgraded Svarog 4T Lite V2.0 cargo drones, equipped with thermal imaging systems and modern digital communication systems, in the area of the special military operation.
He explained that these drones are designed as FPV drones with a 10-inch diameter, allowing them to carry payloads of up to 3 kilograms while maintaining high stability and efficiency during flight. He added that these drones are primarily intended for transporting supplies and cargo to the front lines, including delivering food and water to soldiers.
He pointed out that the most distinctive feature of these aircraft is their ability to operate efficiently under jamming conditions from electronic warfare systems, and that the operator's training period on their use does not exceed two to three days only.
The CEO of Frobotics announced last March that Russian forces had begun using Svarog-13 and Svarog-15 drones guided by fiber optic cables. Last July, a source at the center confirmed that the Russian military would receive new, upgraded versions of the Svarog drones capable of carrying heavier payloads.
