Three dental problems that are often experienced by families in Indonesia

Three dental problems that are often experienced by families in Indonesia  University of Indonesia graduate Drg. Yulita Bong revealed the three most common dental health problems experienced by families in Indonesia, based on clinical practice data from 2025.

"Currently, many patients still only come to the clinic after experiencing symptoms, even though preventive and routine care plays a crucial role in preventing more serious conditions. On the other hand, concerns about unpredictable costs remain a barrier for some people," Yulita said in an official statement in Jakarta on Tuesday.

The doctor, who is now the CEO of Audy Dental, said the three problems are disharmony in the arrangement of teeth (malocclusion), cavities in children and adults, and low habits of preventive and routine dental care.
