Aprilia Racing boss Massimo Rivola is confident that their rider Marco Bezzecchi will beat Ducati Lenovo rider and reigning champion Marc Marquez in the 2026 MotoGP season.
Rivola believes that Aprilia's target for the 2026 season is to overcome Marc Marquez's dominance, which was so impressive throughout 2025.
"The target is clear, to beat Marc," said Rivola, quoted from Crash, Monday.
Rivola believes that Bezzecchi's performance is clearly on a positive track after securing two consecutive wins in the last two rounds, namely the Portuguese GP and the Valencia GP.
However, Rivola admitted that The Bezz did indeed experience an unexpected incident after crashing into Marc Marquez at the Indonesian GP which took place at the Mandalika Circuit last October.
