Borussia Dortmund CEO Sebastian Kehl confirmed that his club will extend defender Nico Schlotterbeck's contract and that talks are ongoing."We tried to convince him of the strength of this club, the appreciation he feels, and what we want to achieve together," Kehl said, as quoted on the official Bundesliga website on Tuesday.
According to the 45-year-old, in order to reach an agreement with Schlotterbeck, Dortmund management must provide a suitable and reasonable offer for the 26-year-old player.
