The Badminton World Federation (BWF) has praised the successful hosting of the 2026 Indonesia Masters, which reflected the high level of enthusiasm shown by Indonesian badminton fans at the Istora Gelora Bung Karno.BWF representative Selvam Supramaniam assessed that the tournament once again brought the typical Istora atmosphere with full support from the audience from the opening round to the final.

According to Selvam, public support has a positive impact on players, sponsors and the quality of match broadcasts.
He assessed that the organizing committee and the Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) have continued to show improvements in organizing tournaments from year to year.
