  Herbal doctor and member of the Indonesian Association of Traditional Medicine and Herbal Medicine Developers (PDPOTJI), Dr. Nadia Bunga Anggraini, said bone, joint, and muscle health needs to be maintained from an early age.

According to Dr. Nadia, the musculoskeletal system, which includes bones, joints, and muscles, cannot be treated instantly once symptoms arise. A healthy lifestyle needs to be developed from childhood through consistent nutritional intake, exercise habits, and daily activity.

"If you want to stay healthy at 50, treatment must start well before that. It shouldn't be started until you start feeling pain," Nadia said at the press conference "Etawalin with Maia Estianty Invites Indonesians to #StrongerChaseHealth" .

He explained that eating habits and activity patterns from childhood have a significant impact on physical condition in adulthood. Lack of physical activity and an unbalanced diet can lead to obesity, which can put a strain on joints and muscles.

"Obesity increases free radicals, which can damage healthy cells. The effects are only felt years later," he said.
