Losing belly fat can be a resolution for some people, but apparently, losing fat in this area is not easy.
Quoted from the Hindustan Times, Monday, fitness expert and founder of Cult Fit Rishab Telang said that there are strategies that can be applied to reduce belly fat.
The first is to move your body regularly. "I would recommend a combination of weight training and cardio, but more importantly, find what you enjoy, because any movement is better than no movement at all," he said.
The second is to eat smart, by consuming lean protein, while increasing vegetables, fruits and grains.
