Persijap Jepara coach Divaldo Alves emphasized that all matches in the 2025/2026 BRI Super League are finals, considering his team currently resides in the relegation zone.
Laskar Kalinyamat have only collected nine points after playing 15 Super League matches this season, which has left them currently in 17th place in the standings, ahead of their visit to Persija.
"Every match is a final for Persijap. We know Persija lost to Semen Padang yesterday, but then won again. I don't want to come here with the mentality that Persija isn't focused on our opponent or anything," Divaldo said at a pre-match press conference at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium.
