KTM Solutions CEO Najelaa Shihab emphasized the importance of integrating talent and systems for the younger generation within an organization.
"Technology helps accelerate implementation, while insight , expert judgment, and system design ensure the steps remain on target and impactful," Najelaa said in an official statement.
Through the "KTM Growth Forum: A Shared Path to 2026" on Wednesday (28/1), Najelaa conveyed that talent development ( talent growth ) without system growth will only be a program and will be difficult to develop.
Both are a mutually reinforcing unit that can connect various agendas related to transformation, sustainability, and social impact. This allows for decisions and execution to move in a more consistent direction.
He also highlighted the challenge for organizations that will thrive in 2026: not just those that change the fastest, but those that are able to integrate talent growth and systems growth so that adaptation becomes a habit.
An organization must not only be ready in terms of talent and culture, but also be able to ensure the effectiveness of work systems, governance, and measurable impact.
Najelaa is also working to address this issue through a forum she created. She wants to open up collaborative opportunities to align shared perspectives, allowing the organization to be more adaptive in facing complex challenges alongside other parties.
