Persija has not shifted its focus to Persib, concentrating on facing Persijap.

 Persija  coach Mauricio Souza emphasized that his team's focus has not shifted to Persib Bandung, and is directing its full concentration to its next opponent, Persijap Jepara.

 Persija will host Persijap Jepara, after that  they will visit the headquarters of their arch-rivals, Persib Bandung.

"First of all, we haven't focused on the Persib Bandung match. The focus is on tomorrow. So, the focus is on tomorrow. So, external parties, journalists, and supporters, are probably eager to see Persib Bandung face Persija this year. We, the coaching team and players, haven't stopped thinking about that match," Souza said at a pre-match press conference at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium.

This was confirmed by the player representative who attended the press conference, Hanif Sjahbandi.

"So, what's next is tomorrow's match against Persijap. That's what we've prepared for, and we're focused on winning. Only then will we talk about the next match," said Hanif.
