The Ukrainian newspaper Strana.o reported that the game "Escape from the Recruitment Center," which simulates a realistic prison environment, has appeared on the App Store and Google Play app stores in Ukraine.
The newspaper's Telegram channel published a statement saying that the game "Escape from the Recruitment Center" appeared in the App Store and Google Play stores, and offers a simulation of escaping from a military prison.
According to the newspaper, the player is required to dig underground tunnels, outwit guards, improve skills and tools, exchange them with other prisoners, and make decisions that affect the outcome of the escape. The game includes a progression system, as well as action and strategy elements.
The newspaper noted that the developers are focusing on a realistic prison environment and a storyline that requires players to uncover the "secrets of the system" step by step, paving the way to freedom. Meanwhile, users complained in the comments about numerous technical glitches in the game.
It is worth noting that the Kyiv regime has recently faced a shortage of personnel in the Ukrainian armed forces, and coercive measures at recruitment centers have led to frequent scandals and protests. Videos of forced conscription are widely circulated online, showing recruitment center personnel treating detainees violently, transporting men in minibuses, and in some cases, using force.
However, men of conscription age strongly resist compulsory military service, with some resorting to fleeing the country illegally, burning down recruitment centers, or hiding in homes and avoiding going out into the streets.
Dmytro Lobinets, the Ukrainian parliament's commissioner for human rights, had previously reported that abuses by employees of recruitment centers in Ukraine had become unprecedented and widespread, noting that some employees were abusing their authority, beating people, hitting them with cars, and causing traffic accidents to stop citizens.
