Minister of Communication and Digital Meutya Hafid stated that the Ministry of Communication and Digital's Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for the 2025 Fiscal Year reached Rp29 trillion, or 116.04 percent of the target of around Rp25 trillion.
"We exceeded the 2025 Fiscal Year PNBP target of around Rp25 trillion to Rp29 trillion, a 116.04 percent increase. This indicates that the management of the communications and digital sector is improving," Meutya said in a press statement in Jakarta on Tuesday.
He explained that PNBP comes from strategic sources, including frequency usage rights fees (BHP), satellite orbit services, certification, and broadcasting.
In addition to conveying the realization of PNBP, Meutya explained the realization of the Ministry of Communication and Digital's budget until December 31, 2025.
With a total existing budget ceiling of Rp12.67 trillion and a blocked ceiling of around Rp1.5 trillion, he said, the Ministry of Communication and Digital's ceiling value is Rp11.4 trillion.
Of this amount, the realized budget reached IDR 10.58 trillion, equivalent to 94.9 percent of the budget ceiling after blocking.
"In 2025, we started with a budget of around Rp7.7 trillion, and thankfully, we achieved around Rp10.5 trillion," Meutya said.
"This shows that with efficiency, proper prioritization, and better governance, the performance of the digital sector can make a real contribution to the country," he explained.
Meutya stated that the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs also recorded a significant achievement in terms of accountability, namely receiving an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) in 2025.
He emphasized the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs' commitment to continuously improving governance and optimizing the 2026 budget realization so that every expenditure and state revenue has a real impact on the community.
