In this context, renowned nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert explained in an interview with the Daily Mail that kiwis are distinguished by their high nutritional value due to their fiber, vitamin C, potassium, and antioxidants such as polyphenols.

Lambert emphasized that eating kiwifruit with its peel doubles its health benefits, as it provides the body with larger amounts of fiber beneficial to the digestive system, and also raises levels of vitamin E and folic acid.

She added that the benefits of kiwi are not limited to improving digestive health, but also extend to improving mood and sleep quality, making it an important element in a balanced diet.

The nutritionist pointed out that the high vitamin C content in kiwis promotes collagen production in the body, which has a positive effect on skin health and elasticity.


She advised eating two to three kiwis daily to help treat constipation and indigestion, explaining that kiwi peels contribute to stimulating bowel movements. However, she cautioned against excessive consumption by people with kidney stones due to their high oxalate content.
