Dewa United strengthens its defense by recruiting Damion Lowe
Dewa United Banten FC has strengthened its defense by recruiting Jamaican center-back Damion Lowe to face this season's competition.

The 32-year-old player was contracted for one season after previously playing for the United States club, Houston Dynamo.

"I bring a winning mentality, discipline, and a sense of responsibility. Playing in the United States taught me professionalism and structure, while representing Jamaica instilled resilience and pride. International football demands focus under pressure, and that's something I bring to every game," Lowe said, as quoted in a written statement.

Lowe also promised good quality play for Dewa United's defense.

"In defense, I provide leadership, communication, aerial dominance, and excellent organization. I pride myself on protecting the backline, setting the standard, and ensuring every teammate feels confident and secure," he explained.

On the other hand, performing abroad is nothing new for Lowe. In addition to playing in the US, Lowe has also competed in Norway, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.
