Victoria Mboko has withdrawn from the Dubai tournament due to a right elbow injury. She arrived in Dubai after reaching her second WTA 1000 final at the TotalEnergies Qatar Open in Doha. This is the seventh withdrawal from the competition.
Victoria Mboko is the latest player to withdraw from the Dubai Duty Free 2026 tournament.
Mboko entered the top 10 of the PIF WTA rankings for the first time in her career on Monday.
The young Canadian made this decision after reaching the final of the Qatar TotalEnergies Open in Doha, where she lost to Karolina Muchova.
Muchova, who won her first WTA 1000 tournament on the WTA Driven by Mercedes-Benz circuit, also withdrew from Dubai due to a change of schedule.
