Michael said that communication with the government had been ongoing for quite some time regarding Indonesia's plan to host the 2028 World Cup. However, until now, this development has not been communicated further by both parties.
"We'll wait for further developments. Yesterday, I also met with Mr. Erick Thohir (Minister of Youth and Sports), and we had a brief conversation," Michael told reporters.
