Google Indonesia is strengthening its collaboration with the Indonesian National Police Traffic Corps and Jasa Marga to support the provision of information on the 2026 homecoming traffic flow through the integration of traffic engineering data and digital map services.
Google Indonesia Geo Strategic Partner Development Manager Richard Darsono said after the 2026 homecoming coordination meeting in Jakarta on Thursday that the collaboration has been running for five years and is focused on providing accurate route and traffic information to the public.
"We are working with the Traffic Corps and Jasa Marga to update route information, road closure schedules, and important points that can be used as references for travelers on Google Maps," said Richard.
