Google Maps and Travelogue are preparing comprehensive features for the 2026 Mudik holiday.
Google Indonesia, together with Jasa Marga, has prepared a series of digital features on Google Maps and the Travoy app to help people plan their 2026 homecoming trips, including offline navigation, toll fare estimates, public transportation schedules, and real-time monitoring of road conditions and rest areas.

Google Indonesia Geo Strategic Partner Development Manager Richard Darsono said Google Maps will display updated travel routes, including road closures and diversions based on data from relevant authorities.

"We've prepared a route visualization with several options. Users can choose their route and set preferences, such as avoiding toll roads. Toll rate information is also available, as are public transportation schedules, such as train schedules," Richard said in an interview following the 2026 Mudik Roundtable coordination meeting at the Google Indonesia office on Thursday (February 12).
