Apple is reportedly considering adopting Samsung's anti-spy screen technology for its future MacBook line, as it plans to transition to OLED panels in the next few years.
As reported by Gizmochina on Tuesday, the information was revealed by technology leaker Ice Universe, who said that Apple could potentially utilize Samsung's Privacy Display feature to protect privacy on the screen from the view of others when used in public places.
The leak mentions the possibility of adopting Privacy Display technology on the new MacBook line around 2029. This is considered in line with Apple's OLED transition cycle, which is expected to start with the Pro models before spreading to its entire product line.
