According to her, these foods put a strain on the liver and blood vessels. Therefore, she urges people to limit their consumption of fried foods, noting that even cheese can become harmful when eaten regularly, as it becomes a source of unhealthy fats.

She says: "As a result, the level of harmful fats and triglycerides rises, which directly leads to the aging of blood vessels. According to the basic rule in nutrition, everything depends on quantity - if a person craves something unhealthy, they can eat it in small quantities, as a kind of taste. But if it becomes a habit, then harm is inevitable."

The expert points out that while foods with a high glycemic index—such as sugary drinks and sweets—and excessive fruit consumption can be harmful, eating small amounts of fruit is beneficial due to its vitamin and fiber content. Excessive fruit intake raises insulin levels, increases appetite, and raises the percentage of fat in the liver. Fatty liver disease is a condition characterized by the aging of blood vessels and the activation of atherosclerosis. The danger lies in the fact that these changes occur without noticeable symptoms; the person feels normal until the disease progresses.

According to her, metabolism can be improved without resorting to harsh methods or strict restrictions. Moderately reducing calorie intake and avoiding excessive carbohydrate consumption is sufficient. Short-term fasting also helps regulate insulin levels and stabilize blood sugar and lipid levels. These methods promote weight loss and slow the aging process if used consciously.
