Real Madrid make Vitinha a transfer priority next season
Real Madrid are reportedly making Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Vitinha their top transfer target for next summer.

Despite spending 165 million euros last season, Los Blancos are still prepared to make a major investment to strengthen their midfield.

According to a report by Diario AS on Monday, Madrid considers Vitinha ideal for filling the midfield need.

However, the transfer process is expected to be difficult because PSG is reluctant to release the Portuguese player.

Vitinha is under contract until 2029, and Madrid can only hope the player pushes for a move.

While awaiting developments on Vitinha's situation, Madrid is also preparing alternative options. AZ Alkmaar's young midfielder, Kees Smit, is on the radar of potential backup options.

The 19-year-old is being sought after by a number of European clubs, with a price tag of 60 million euros.
