Six Palestinians were killed as a result of Israeli army violations in Gaza, amid a rising death toll from the genocide.
Medical sources reported that "a martyr (54 years old) arrived at Al-Shifa Hospital, as a result of being targeted by a gunshot from the occupation, in the vicinity of Abu Tamam School in the town of Beit Lahia, north of the sector, outside the areas of deployment of the army."

According to sources, "Farmer Khaled Baraka was killed by Israeli occupation forces east of Deir al-Balah" (central).

Earlier, the Israeli army said in a statement: "On Monday morning, forces spotted four armed men emerging from an opening (tunnel) within an underground route in eastern Rafah," in the southern Gaza Strip.

He claimed that the Palestinians opened fire towards the forces of Brigade 7, "so the forces returned fire and the four were killed."

In recent weeks, the Israeli army announced the killing of dozens of Palestinians in Rafah, claiming to have spotted them emerging from tunnels.

For its part, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Monday that the number of victims of the Israeli genocide has risen to 72,032 martyrs, in addition to 171,661 wounded since October 8, 2023.

The ministry said in a daily statistical report that "the total number of people who arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours was: 5 martyrs and 10 injuries."

She added that "a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense crews have been unable to reach them until this moment," referring to the massive destruction and the lack of equipment needed to extract them.

Since the ceasefire agreement in Gaza came into effect on October 10, 2025, Israel has killed 581 Palestinians and injured 1,553, according to the ministry.

It reported that the total number of victims since the start of the war has risen to "72,032 martyrs and 171,661 wounded".

In addition to the casualties, most of whom were children and women, Israel destroyed 90% of the civilian infrastructure, with reconstruction costs estimated by the United Nations at around $70 billion.

In addition to the daily bombing, Israel is preventing the entry of agreed-upon quantities of humanitarian aid into Gaza, where some 2.4 million Palestinians, including 1.5 million displaced people, are living in catastrophic conditions.
