  The South Sumatra Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP) TVRI has prepared six public viewing points (nobar) to support the broadcast of the 2026 World Cup in Indonesia.

Head of TVRI South Sumatra Station Eflianty Analisa in Palembang, Tuesday, said that during the 2026 World Cup, the channels broadcasting the matches will be TVRI Nasional and TVRI Sport, while all regional stations will relay the broadcasts through TVRI's terrestrial digital network that covers areas from Sabang to Merauke.

Meanwhile, in South Sumatra, there are nine service areas that must be covered by TVRI broadcasts.

As a supporting program, TVRI South Sumatra is obliged to hold six joint viewing activities at the provincial level in collaboration with district and city governments.
