Gabriel Silva scored the visitors' two goals in the 82nd and 90+11th minutes.
This defeat means Persija failed to maintain their lead in the title race as they are now stuck in third place with 41 points, five points behind second-placed Borneo FC and six points behind league leaders Persib Bandung.
