The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, praised the strikes carried out by Iran on Saturday evening targeting areas deep inside Israel, stressing that the enemy only understands the language of force and responding in kind.
The statement from the spokesman for the Qassam Brigades read: “We look with great pride at the powerful missile strikes carried out by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard on Saturday evening, targeting areas deep within the criminal enemy entity, using new tactics, which left dozens dead and wounded.”
The spokesman indicated, "We consider it a natural response not only to the Zionist-American aggression against Iran, but also to the genocidal massacres against our Palestinian people in Gaza."
He added: “This Zionist Nazi enemy understands only the language of force and responding in kind. Making it pay a heavy price is what will force it to stop its aggression. Without that, it will continue its rampage and isolate our Arab and Islamic countries one after another.”
The statement continued: "The Islamic Republic today represents an advanced line of defense for the entire Islamic nation, and the aggressors will not succeed in breaking the will of the free people and the owners of the land."
The statement by the spokesman for “Al-Qassam” concluded: “We renew our call to all the peoples of our nation to stand united against our true enemy, and to work together for our central causes, foremost among them the liberation of Palestine.”
