Apple introduces MacBook Air with M5 chip and more memory
  Along with the launch of the MacBook Pro, Apple introduced the new MacBook Air which is equipped with an M5 chip and 2x more memory than its predecessor.

With 512GB of initial storage memory and a new chip , this laptop promises to deliver more capable artificial intelligence performance, suitable for students, creative professionals, and business people.

"With the M5, MacBook Air supports a wide range of tasks, from everyday productivity to creative workloads, and is even faster for AI," said Apple Vice President of Hardware Engineering John Ternus in a company press release received in Jakarta on Wednesday.

The MacBook Air with the M5 chip is promised to have 4x faster performance in carrying out artificial intelligence (AI) based tasks compared to devices using the M4 chip .

The M5 chip in the MacBook Air has a 10- core CPU and a 10- core GPU with a Neural Accelerator on each processor core.

The M5 also features faster integrated memory with 153 Gbps of bandwidth , a 28 percent increase over the M4.

With integrated memory support, the MacBook Air with M5 can perform various tasks more smoothly and launch applications faster.
