Persib Bandung midfielder Beckham Putra said the victory against Persik Kediri was important capital for facing Borneo FC in the postponed match of week 21 of the BRI Super League.
Quoted from the club's official website, Tuesday, Beckham hopes this positive trend continues, although he is aware that the next potential opponent has strengths that must be watched out for.
"This is a great way to prepare for next week's match against Borneo. Hopefully, we can play well in Borneo because they're a strong team, and hopefully we can capitalize on that," said Beckham.
In the match against Persik Kediri, Persib Bandung managed to secure a landslide victory with a score of 3-0 thanks to goals from Thom Haye and Andrew Jung (2).
