Bhayangkara Presisi Lampung FC coach Paul Munster admitted that Arema Malang was difficult to beat even though they were playing on their opponent's home ground.
"This was a tough match. We knew from the start that Arima was a strong team with many good players, so we had to be 100 percent focused," he said after the match in Bandarlampung on Tuesday.
Even in a situation of 11 against nine, they were still not easy to beat, he said. "If we weren't focused, they could have created chances."
Munster admitted that his team's performance in the first half was not as expected.
"The field conditions are also not very good because of the rain," he said.
However, he appreciated the players' hard work after turning things around in the tight match
Arema.
