Demand for luxury cell phone rentals is increasing ahead of Eid al-Fitr 2026, driven by the public's desire to capture holiday moments with high-quality cell phone cameras.
This is also felt by the cellphone rental service Transgo, where consumer interest in renting luxury phones like iPhones has seen a significant increase compared to normal days. Reservations have even started coming in well in advance for use during Eid.
"Interest in iPhone rentals during Ramadan and the lead-up to Eid al-Fitr always increases significantly compared to normal days. Many orders have already been received for Eid al-Fitr," Transgo owner Sassy Kirana.
