GBA refunds training costs for badminton players who qualify for the National Training Center
Gideon Badminton Academy  has returned Rp162 million in training fees to its athlete, Joven Farandi, after he successfully entered the PBSI Cipayung National Training Center through the 2026 National Selection .

Joven, who underwent a two-year independent training program at the academy, previously paid a total of Rp162 million in training fees. The GBA then refunded all of these fees as a token of appreciation for his success in entering the national training center.

"This is a token of appreciation for athletes who entered the national training camp through independent funding, not scholarships. Hopefully, this will motivate other athletes to continue training and strive to advance to the national training camp," said Gideon Badminton Academy CEO Marcus Fernaldi Gideon in an official statement.
