The Central Java National Sports Committee has named Warak Olahraga as the official mascot for the 2026 Central Java Provincial Sports Week to be held in Semarang City and surrounding areas this coming October.
Deputy Chairman of KONI Central Java Hari Nuryanto in Semarang, Wednesday, said that the selection of Waraga as the XVII Porprov Mascot was based on the results of a competition held in preparation for the quadrennial sporting event.
He said Waraga is a mascot design by Ari Krispriyanto from Kebumen Regency.
