Nico Gonzalez's brace gave Atletico Madrid a 3-2 win over Sociedad

  Two goals (brace) from Nicolas "Nico" Gonzalez gave Atletico Madrid a 3-2 victory over visiting team Real Sociedad in the 2025/2026 Spanish League match at the Metropolitano Stadium, Madrid, early Sunday morning WIB.

According to La Liga, Gonzalez scored in the 67th and 81st minutes. Atletico's other goal came from Alexander Sorloth (5'). Sociedad reduced the deficit through Carlos Soler (9') and Mikel Oyarzabal (68').

This victory keeps Atletico Madrid in third place in the Spanish League standings this season with a collection of 54 points from 27 matches.
