OpenAI plans to integrate its Sora video-making artificial intelligence (AI) model directly into ChatGPT, allowing users to create AI-powered videos directly through the chatbot .
As reported by Engadget on Saturday, the Sora app previously received a lot of attention when it was launched with the Sora 2 model.
However, the app's popularity has declined in recent times after users faced various restrictions, including on the number of videos and the type of content they could create.
By integrating Sora into ChatGPT, OpenAI hopes the technology will reach a wider audience. The company previously reported ChatGPT's weekly active users reached around 900 million in February, and aims to grow that number to one billion or more.
