PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk or PGN as Pertamina's Gas Subholding targets the distribution of natural gas to various customer segments of around 877 BBTUD in 2026, or growth of 4 percent year on year .
This target is driven by optimism regarding demand growth from several industrial areas and new customers, particularly in East Java and Central Java.
"PGN's focus in 2026 will be operational strengthening as a long-term investment to ensure reliable service to customers. PGN also has high hopes of connecting natural gas to communities in various sectors and economic centers," said PGN Corporate Secretary Fajriyah Usman, in an official.
Fajriyah explained that the company's strategic projects include accelerating a number of initiatives to strengthen transmission, distribution, and regasification infrastructure.
