Indonesian women's singles badminton player Putri Kusuma Wardani (KW), successfully reached the quarterfinals of the 2026 Swiss Open after defeating Malaysian representative, Wong Ling Ching, in the round of 16, at St Jakobshalle, Basel.
In a tight match, he secured a two-game victory with a score of 21-17, 21-15.
The victory took him into the top eight, while also maintaining Indonesia's chances of winning a medal at the BWF World Tour Super 300 level tournament.
