Real Madrid lose Ferland Mendy due to muscle injury
Real Madrid will be without left-back Ferland Mendy for the matches against Elche, Manchester City and Atletico Madrid due to a muscle injury.

Mendy was substituted in the first leg of the Champions League round of 16 against Manchester City at the Santiago Bernabeu.

"He has been diagnosed with a muscle injury in the biceps femoris of his right leg. We will await its development," Real Madrid wrote on its website on Friday.

The French national team player is predicted by a number of Spanish media to be unable to play the field for two weeks.
