Japanese technology company Sony has reportedly raised the price of its PlayStation console in a number of global markets.
this price increase applies to various models including the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Digital Edition, and PlayStation 5 Pro.
The new price increase, which will take effect on April 2, 2026, is the highest in the United States, with an increase of US$100, or around Rp. 1.6 million.
In the United States, the standard PlayStation 5 is now priced at US$649.99, or around Rp. 11 million, up from its previous price.
