The government invites parents and children to reprimand platforms that do not comply with the Tunas PP

The government is inviting parents and children in Indonesia to play an active role in monitoring and even reprimanding digital platforms that fail to fulfill their obligations to comply with Government Regulation Number 17 of 2025 concerning the Protection of Electronic System Governance in Child Protection.

The participation of parents and children as stakeholders closely related to PP Tunas is very necessary to ensure that the next generation of Indonesia has a safe, healthy, and comfortable digital space.

"We invite all parents and children to monitor and reprimand platforms that refuse to comply," said Communications and Digital Minister Meutya Hafid in a statement.
