The developers of the Telegram app have announced an update for the Android and iOS versions of the app, bringing with it many new features for users.

Among the most notable features of the versions of the application designed for smartphones and computers is the AI Editor, an artificial intelligence assistant for text editing, which has been added to the message writing bar. It can be used to correct spelling mistakes, modify writing style, translate texts from one language to another, and even add emojis to texts and messages. This assistant is available for free use for a limited number of times, and will also provide additional services to subscribers of the paid versions of the "Telegram" application.

The update also brought Telegram users on iOS systems the ability to scan documents using the phone's camera and merge multiple images into a single PDF file.

With the update, users also gained additional features to improve the search for music in audio clips saved on their devices, with the ability to upload these clips directly from the device to Telegram.

The app's "Polls" feature has received ten new features, including the ability to set timers for expiry, add media files or websites to responses, randomly sort items, and allow users to suggest new options.

App users can also send live photos in three modes: the first plays the animated image once when opened, the second repeats it, and the third plays it forwards and backwards repeatedly.

It provides users of the application with additional features to create custom bots in just a few steps, and additional protection features are also available in the application, displaying a warning in the profiles of users who use a third-party Telegram application.
