Among them a woman... Israeli occupation forces arrest 17 Palestinians in the West Bank

Local sources said on Wednesday that Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Ya'bad, southwest of Jenin in the northern West Bank, and arrested 8 Palestinians after raiding and searching their homes.

She added that the occupation forces also stormed the city of Nablus (north), and arrested 8 other Palestinians after carrying out raids and searches of their homes.

In Qalqilya (north), Israeli occupation forces arrested a woman after raiding her house, searching it, and tampering with its contents.

In the northern West Bank, the occupation forces also launched a raid in the town of Tammun, south of Tubas, without any arrests being reported.

In the southern West Bank, the Israeli occupation army stormed the village of Marah Rabah, south of Bethlehem, and carried out raids and searches that included a number of homes.

In the eastern West Bank, Israeli occupation forces stormed the Aqbat Jabr camp west of Jericho and carried out similar raids.

These raids come as part of ongoing operations carried out by the Israeli occupation army in various areas of the West Bank, which include arrests and house raids.

Israel, through its occupation army and settlers, has escalated its attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank since it began its war of extermination on the Gaza Strip in October 2023, resulting in the martyrdom of more than 1,148 Palestinians, the injury of about 11,750, and the arrest of nearly 22,000.
