Europa League: Cameroonian Karl Toko-Ekambi tests positive for Covid-19

Olympique Lyonnais' Cameroonian international striker, Karl Toko Ekambi, suffering from Covid-19, is out of the Europa League quarter-final first leg, West Ham-Lyon, on Thursday in London, OL announced on Wednesday.

The player, the second-highest scorer for the Rhône-Alpes team (13 goals, including 6 in the Europa League), was already absent for Sunday's league match against Angers (3-2). Coach Peter Bosz has selected a squad of 21 players, including three goalkeepers.

Midfielder Maxence Caqueret, who underwent knee surgery last week, is also unavailable. However, Brazilian Tetê, signed on loan from Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk on March 31st, is included in the squad.
