
The Chairman of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission , Ubaidillah, called on broadcasting institutions throughout Indonesia to become a bastion of cultural preservation and education for the public on the occasion of the 93rd National Broadcasting Day .
To achieve this goal, particularly in the face of conventional media competing against the rapid flow of information on social media, Ubaidillah stated that broadcasters need to collaborate to create a healthy and enlightening industrial ecosystem.
"We need a more equitable broadcasting ecosystem for all industry players. In its 93rd year, national broadcasting must be able to serve as a bulwark for the preservation of culture and information," said Ubaidillah in a statement confirmed.
Carrying the theme "Broadcasting Collaboration to Realize National Resilience," the 93rd National Broadcasting Day supports the presence of regulatory refreshments to realize the creation of a fairer and more equal broadcasting ecosystem for all industry players amidst the disruption of the digital era.
