Bhayangkara Presisi Lampung FC coach Paul Munster admitted that he did not take advantage of the presence of the former Persis Solo player who is currently strengthening his team ahead of the 29th week of the BRI Super League match against the host Persis Solo at Manahan Stadium, Solo.
Currently, there are three former Persis players who are strengthening Bhayangkara, namely Moussa Sidibe, Sho Yamamoto, and Ryo Matsumura.
"No, I also know the Persis Solo players, so there's no advantage. Everyone knows each other in the BRI Super League, so it's normal," Munster said on Tuesday.
Matsumura was part of the Persis squad for the 2022/2024 season, while Sidibe and Yamamoto were together for the 2023/2024 season.
Of these three players, Sidibe has shone the most, with the Malian having scored 10 goals and provided six assists in 11 appearances for the Guardians in the second half.
