The Chairman of the All Indonesia Football Association (PSSI), Erick Thohir, confirmed that he has already identified potential opponents for the Indonesian national team in the FIFA Matchday event taking place in June.
However, Erick Thohir is still reluctant to reveal the potential opponents the Garuda team will face because they have not yet received an official written agreement.
"I don't dare say who his opponent will be before there's an email or written letter," Erick Thohir told reporters at the GBK Arena.
Erick acknowledged that the PSSI's communication efforts had yielded results. However, these communications were still preliminary and had not yet reached the administrative finalization stage.
"If there are three emails, then only one will be responded to. Well, that's when it arrives. A response means they'll say they can do it on this date, but the agreement hasn't been made yet," said Erick.
