The Geekbench database provides an initial look at the specifications and performance of Samsung's upcoming mid-range smartphone, the Galaxy A27.
Reported by Gizmochina on Thursday, based on Geekbench testing data, the device registered with model number SM-A276B is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset.
The phone is also equipped with 6GB of RAM and runs the Android 16 operating system. The interface used is likely One UI 8.5, although this has not been officially confirmed.
In terms of performance, the scores recorded are still considered average, at 777 for single-core and 1,802 for multi-core . These figures are still below those achieved by the Galaxy A26, which uses the Exynos 1380 chipset .
However, these results come from test units so there is still the potential for higher numbers at the official launch.
